Vehicle inspection criteria

The Huijianche inspection standard defines how major accident, flood and fire damage are assessed.

  • Structural & accident damageAssessment of structural members, pillars, floors and other specified areas for deformation, cutting, welding and repairs.
  • Flood damageAssessment of water-ingress indicators across the cabin, seats, wiring and electrical connections.
  • Fire damageAssessment of burning, melting and heat damage to bodywork, wiring and interior components.

Based on the supplied Huijianche inspection criteria. Findings for your selected vehicle are reviewed separately.

Export document examples

Our supplied shipment records include the following documents.

01Bill of lading
The carrier-issued transport document records the shipment and its consignment details.
02Export licence
The supplied Chinese export licence records the goods and quantities covered by that shipment’s export authorisation.
03Packing list
An itemised list of the shipment’s goods and quantities, used to check the consignment against its supporting paperwork.
04Commercial invoice
The commercial document sets out the goods, quantities and invoiced values for the transaction.

Know what you are buying before it ships

Every vehicle is checked before export. Ask for the inspection information, photos or a walk-around video for the vehicles you are considering. Review the findings and any disclosed defects alongside the agreed vehicle details.

Reconditioning, spare parts and technical support can be discussed as part of your enquiry. The scope of any additional service is confirmed in writing.

  • Why is the seller in Hong Kong while the vehicles ship from China?

    Asia Isum Limited in Hong Kong is the contracting and payment entity. The vehicles are sourced in China, where our licensed export partner handles export customs clearance and the bill of lading. These are separate businesses with distinct roles.

  • Are the model pages live stock listings?

    The pages are model references for sourcing enquiries. They describe example models and batches. Contact us to confirm current vehicles, quantities and the unit details that can be proposed for your order.

  • What is included in an FOB or FCA quote?

    The applicable term, named port or place, included services and excluded costs are confirmed in your written quote and contract.
